Meditation Relaxation Techniques

Learning how to relax is difficult at best for some of us. We cram as many things into our days as possible, all to keep just slightly ahead of the curve. If you're stressed out, however, it doesn't matter whether you're a huge success or are barely getting by. The longer you endure stress, the greater your risk for all kinds of health problems and emotional conditions.

Many people come home from work, pop open a beer or smoke a cigarette, and zone out in front of the television. They think they're getting some stress reduction from this behavior, but the truth is they're just pushing away their true feelings.
